A puddle of water is an organisation that focuses on international students’ loneliness issues and aims to provide various supports. We are aiming to build connection between international students and also help them engage with local people. We want to help lonely international students adapt to the environment better. To finally lessen loneliness issue among international students.
On the table, there are cards about 6 countries' cultures. Students could pick up and start a conversation about the topic shows on the cards.
There are boxes with 4 questions about the international student loneliness issue. Students can write down their answers and put them into boxes. We will collect those answers and share them with other international students.
In the end of event, student could take some lovely culture patten stickers and paste them on our cards. They could take them away and keep it.
Our website has several functions. International students can make friends and chat, book a communication event provided by us, or get some suggestions when they are feeling lonely. visit the web to see more. Or check our instagram for any upcoming event!
