This project is combining typeface with playing cards, and presenting the typeface by showing playing cards at the same time. As a typical geometric sans-serif typeface, Kabel’s shape presents the characteristics of geometric figures, from which I thought of the geometric figures in playing cards. I combined them to show Kabel with a set of simple and clear geometric style poker. In my revival, I developed French character for Kabel, to present the French-suit poker, and at the same time expanded the original German Kabel.
